We are seeking an experienced Go-To-Market Team Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts, driving our messaging, content strategy, and lead generation initiatives . This leader will manage a dedicated team responsible for thought leadership, partner communication, product-oriented content, and robust lead generation campaigns. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, this role will be instrumental in positioning our brand effectively, optimizing our outreach, and ensuring our marketing initiatives generate measurable impact across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead a team and align marketing efforts with business objectives through a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
Content & Messaging Oversight: Oversee and collaborate on high-impact content (blogs, whitepapers, e-books) for audiences, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and value propositions.
Product & Partner Content Development: Create and maintain partner-focused materials like case studies, data sheets, and campaign support, ensuring quality and consistency.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Drive and manage multi-channel lead generation, lead qualification, and CRM processes to improve lead quality and sales alignment.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and track performance metrics, creating dashboards for campaign optimization and ROI improvements.
Performance Reporting: Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, aligning marketing strategies with market demands and performance outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
Proven experience in Go to market, content marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and partner marketing.
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead scoring processes, and performance dashboards; proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email platforms).
Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring a team, with strong project management skills and a strategic mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and adapt strategies to enhance performance.
