SUMMARY

We're looking for an energetic and independent technical writer to join our team.
Because our product is still growing and changing so quickly, you'll get the chance to own a wide variety of documentation tasks both small and large. If you believe in the power of clear communication, possess an exacting eye for detail, and want to join a strong team with a "can do" attitude, your place is with us!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work hand-in-glove with Product Managers, Customer Success, and others to keep the existing set of written documentation aligned with the product, in terms of both functionality and appearance.
Contribute to weekly and ad-hoc release notes posts, product newsletters, and other customer communications.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and technical writers to maintain and customize docs-as-code infrastructure.
Help Frontend developers and product managers refine in-app microcopy.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

At least two years of experience in a role for which writing about technical topics is a core function. The more you write, and the more technical the topics, the better.
Some sort of technical background, be it educational (a STEM degree) or professional (development, QA, analytics, SOC, Incident Response, etc.).
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Mother-tongue level English and fantastic written communication skills, plus at least conversational Hebrew skills.

BONUS:

Experience in security, cloud, and/or SaaS.
Experience with GitHub, GitHub actions, Python, Vale (or other linters) and/or API/SDK documentation.
