FP&A Manager

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025. 

We are looking for a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our finance team and manage the company’s FP&A function. What You’ll Do:

• Manage the company’s FP&A function, ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the company.
• Planning & Analysis – Budget, Forecast, Long-term planning
• Strategic Partnership – Business Partner to Exec' Team and business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and manage costs, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
• Develop and improve company financial and operational models, and run analysis in various areas, including project profitability and resource allocation
• Introduce automation and best-in-class system capabilities
• Collaborate closely with finance leadership to drive financial excellence
• Provide insightful financial information to management through reports, dashboards, trend analysis, and KPI monitoring
• Provide advice and support to ongoing business topics and strategic projects/initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of information and service to other departments and stakeholders

• + 5 years of experience in a start up, preferably in a project-oriented business
• Leadership: 1-2 years in leading a small team
• Proven solid understanding of FP&A core processes
• Self-starter with a curious and data-driven mindset, comfortable working across multiple systems, and motivated to drive change and improvements
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English
• Hands-on capability: Ability to dive into details and work directly on tasks when necessary.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, budget systems and BI tools.
• Technical proficiency in Excel (Power Query, advanced formulas)
• Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent.
