We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

We are looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance management team and lead the company’s FP&A function. • Lead the company’s FP&A function
• Develop and oversee the long-term planning, annual budget, and forecast
• Act as a strategic business partner to the company’s executive management team and business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and manage costs, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
• Develop and improve company financial and operational models, and run analysis in various areas, including project profitability and resource allocation
• Introduce automation and best-in-class system capabilities
• Be an active, collaborative, and dynamic member of the finance leadership team
• Provide insightful financial information to management through reports, dashboards, trend analysis, and KPI monitoring
• Provide advice and support to the CFO on ongoing business topics and strategic projects/initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of information and service to other departments and stakeholders

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a high-tech company, preferably in a project-oriented business- a must.
• Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent- a must.
• Proven solid understanding of FP&A core processes- a must.
• Leadership skills and Exceptional analytical skills- a must.
• Self-starter with a curious and data-driven mindset, comfortable working across multiple systems, and motivated to drive change and improvements- a must.
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English- a must.
• Hands-on capability: Ability to dive into details and work directly on tasks when necessary- a must.
