We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing the management, planning, and coordination of infrastructure projects, ensuring high professional standards, and delivering engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure planning, team management, and technical expertise in CAD and BIM systems.

• Manage the analysis and control of professional standards, engineering drawings, and product deliverables.
• Supervise drilling plans, exploratory excavations, and planning control, ensuring projects align with technical and safety requirements.
• Oversee the CAD standards for the company’s clients, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) integration.
• Manage internal processes related to tenders and service agreements, including deriving engineering meanings and providing detailed responses.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to integrate the most suitable technologies and engineering solutions into projects.
• Present engineering plans to customers, provide technical responses, and propose innovative solutions, offering ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Infrastructure Engineering – a must.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning infrastructure projects- a must.
• Proven experience in planning both wet and dry infrastructures – a must.
• Strong background in engineering coordination and integration- a must.
• Prior experience in managing and leading engineering teams- a must.
• Full proficiency in CAD software, including Civil 3D and Bentley – a must.
• Hands-on experience with the execution of infrastructure projects, including field visits to the project site- a must.
