As a Field Operations Team Leader at Exodigo, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to revolutionize underground mapping technology. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of our cutting-edge equipment on-site. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, managing team schedules, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will ensure that field operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting project deadlines and maintaining high standards of performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field operators, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Coordinate and oversee the setup and operation of technological devices in the field.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless project execution. Plan and
• Manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Monitor and report on project progress and team performance.
• Work closely with other departments to align field operations with company goals

• Proven experience in team leadership and management.
• Hands-on experience with fieldwork and project management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night and day shifts as required by project needs.
• Availability to work in the central region and occasionally throughout the country.
• Strong physical stamina for prolonged walking and standing.
• High self-discipline, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Logical thinking and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
