Senior Product Manager - Field Operations

Join Exodigo as a Senior Product Manager- Field Operations, where you will have a direct impact on our Product success. 

You'll own the products our field teams depend on - software and hardware - across planning and execution. You'll define how these product are built and operated, working directly with R&D and with operations leadership.

The goal is to make field operations more efficient and more profitable, through-

• Performance - greater throughput and reliability: less downtime, fewer errors, less repeated work.
• Experience - products that are simple and intuitive, hold up under real field conditions, and let operators do their job without friction.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding users, and translating what you learn into product

Your users are field operators along with team leads and operations leadership.

• Own the field-to-product feedback loop, and make sure priorities reflect what actually happens on site.
• Lead the cross-functional routines that keep Product, R&D, and Operations aligned.
• Turn undocumented operator know-how into requirements, specs, and documented best practice.

2. Field workflows and user experience

• Own the end-to-end field workflow: mission planning, site preparation, data collection in the field, and end-of-day data handoff.
• Improve operator-facing flows under genuine constraints - time pressure, harsh environments, hardware limits - and drive toward one coherent field experience.
• Take the workflows that cost the most and cut the time, errors, and ambiguity out of them.

3. Release and rollout

• Own release gates and the staged rollout process across products and versions.
• Make sure a version is proven ready for field conditions before it reaches the field.
• Coordinate rollout with Operations so new versions arrive with the training, documentation, and support the teams need.

4. Metrics and continuous improvement

• Define and own the KPI set for field operations, and make sure the products are instrumented to capture key events and timings reliably.
• Use data to investigate issues, analyze bottlenecks, validate impact, and build clear dashboards for Operations, Product, and R&D.
• Run structured experiments - before/after comparisons, usability tests, controlled pilots - and own validation through to adoption.

• 5+ years in product management, with strong exposure to operational or field/industrial systems - logistics, construction, utilities, or comparable domains.
• Strong command of product management practice - discovery, problem definition, specification, prioritization, and close work with engineering.
• Ability to define problems clearly, prioritize deliberately, and resist one-off patches that increase fragmentation over time.
• Comfortable working in an environment that is still evolving, and inclined to improve how things work rather than only execute within what already exists.
• Strong execution mindset - understanding of the gap between the plan and what happens on the ground, and of trade-offs between schedule, quality, and safety.
• Fluency in both directions: you can work with R&D on system flows and technical constraints, and with operators on the real friction they hit in their day.
• Experience using data and analytics tools to drive decisions and product insight.
• High-level English, written and spoken.
