Full-Stack Developer (AI-Accelerated)

We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. 

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

As a Full-Stack Developer (AI-Accelerated) at Exodigo, you’ll play a key role in shaping our internal tools and platforms. You’ll design, develop, and optimize features across the stack—both frontend and backend—leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality. You’ll ship real solutions fast, with the freedom to experiment. Your code will have a direct impact, used by employees in days, not months. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, product, and design, and work in a tight-knit team that values ownership and initiative. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and smart decision-making to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact on our internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work across the stack to design, build, and ship features end-to-end.
• Use AI-assisted dev tools (Lovable, base44, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to speed up development without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate directly with founders, product, and design to solve problems that matter to our internal teams.
• Take internal product ideas from zero to MVP and beyond fast.

• 3–5 years of experience as a developer (startup or fast-paced environment is a plus).
• Strong skills in modern web frameworks (React, Next.js or similar) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Comfortable with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Proven ability to turn product requirements into working features with minimal handholding.
• Bonus: you’ve built projects solo or in small teams using AI coding assistants.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• An eye for UX and design polish.
• Startup experience or having worn multiple hats in a project.
