We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. 

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

We are looking for a Director of Finance to lead our accounting and financial operations in a fast-growing startup environment. This position reports directly to the company’s CFO.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all corporate accounting and financial reporting for all the company’s entities globally.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes, including preparation of financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and necessary tax filings.
• Provide periodical management reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and auditors, with key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and manage accounting and bookkeeping team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.
• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, proper documentation, proactive handling of customer billings and collections, and timely communication with clients and suppliers.
• Oversee payroll processing, cash management, and treasury operations to maintain updated and accurate financial status.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, statutory requirements, internal policies, and tax obligations. Work closely with local accountants and external auditors to ensure proper reporting and smooth annual audit processes.
• Manage financial consolidations, revenue recognition, budget vs. actuals, and other strategic financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance financial procedures, improve efficiency, and support business decisions with actionable financial insights.
• Lead financial systems management and improvements, with experience in NetSuite considered a strong advantage.

• Licensed CPA
• Big 4 experiences
• 5 + years of experience in accounting and finance roles as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a fast-growing startup.
• Experience managing bookkeeping team.
• Experience with NetSuite – a strong advantage.
