Utilities Coordinator

We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.  

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024 

• Promotion and management of infrastructure projects, providing solutions to all related factors.

• Coordination of processes with external consultants, project managers, and ongoing work with consultants, addressing bureaucratic barriers and removing them.

• Coordination and synchronization with relevant municipal authorities or any other obstructing factors.

• Handling and monitoring payments to suppliers and creating operational tools, if necessary.

• Ongoing management of planning and engineering issues related to projects.

• Work with contractors and perform on-site supervision.

• Organization and control of the use of OFFICE software and CAD programs.

• Experience in construction or infrastructure – a must.

• Familiarity with Excel and computer systems – a must.

• Willingness to work with municipal authorities – a must.

• Ability to learn quickly and be diligent – a must.

• Ability to handle pressure, tight schedules, and work unconventional hours – a must.

• Familiarity with national infrastructure coordination systems - significant advantage.
