Affiliate Manager

The first prop firm to include AI is looking for an Affiliate Manager.
The Affiliate Marketing Manager is a critical member of the Acquisition team and is responsible for driving channel growth through the development, optimization, and ongoing management of the company’s affiliate channel. The individual in this role must be results-oriented and passionate about driving growth through continuous testing and demonstrating full-funnel data.
Responsibilities:
Lead management and ongoing optimization of the company’s affiliate channel; aligning optimization against key leading and lagging metrics.
Daily optimizations with affiliates based on lead quality and LTV metrics.
Leadership in cross-functional sprints crafted to improve affiliate performance and drive experience efficiency through the channel.
Testing out alternative rates and lead generation models based on performance.
Identify and onboard affiliates; serve as the primary point of contact for daily optimizations.
Structuring and negotiating terms for different lead generation partnership; partnering on terms and lead generation models
Facilitating data connection and structure with technology
Onboarding and training client-facing teams on new partnership
Map out affiliate journey experience, partnering to craft and test alternative experiences.
Partner to identify, prioritize and implement tests crafted to continuously optimize and improve the affiliate funnel.
Find opportunities to build compelling and differentiated content and offers across affiliate network; partner to execute.
Analyze and report on affiliate performance; partner to supervise performance against LTV and benchmarking metrics.
Stay current on industry trends and standard methodologies in affiliate marketing.
Requirements:
7+ years of confirmed experience in performance marketing and affiliate management (partner, aggregator).
Proven record of growing digital marketing channels and leading against performance critical metrics.
Analytical and committed; can connect performance with activities.
Excellent communicator with the demonstrated ability to communicate strategy across a cross-functional team and to negotiate with partners.
Flexible, self-motivated, performance-focused and can act to optimize and troubleshoot performance issues as soon as they occur.
