We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our finance department as a Controller.

As a Controller, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and other departments, to gather financial data, resolve issues, and provide financial insights and support.

Areas we’ll trust you with::

Preparing consolidated monthly reports (Cash, revenues, cash analysis, dashboard).
Preparing monthly payroll data.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes including forecasts and identify trends and patterns in financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Preparing consolidated quarterly financial statements.
Tax reporting (to IL and US authorities).
Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits. Prepare necessary documentation, respond to inquiries, and assist in the resolution of audit findings.
Perform regular reviews and analyses to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Areas of your knowledge and Expertise::

CPA, Relevant experience in hi-tech companies (including an internship in one of the big 4 accounting firms) – Must.
Technical knowledge of US GAAP, with a deep understanding of Revenue Recognition Standard – Must.
Proficiency in English – Must.
2-3 years Experience working with US companies – Must
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (+pivot), Google tools
Experience with SAP, NetSuite, or other major financial systems is desirable.
Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to think strategically, proactively and broadly.
Disciplined to work independently and self-driven.
Ability to work as part of a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
