Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Zafran is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People team and take ownership of hiring across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working closely with hiring managers (mostly in R&D), building strong candidate pipelines, and creating an excellent candidate experience.

What you will do:

Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer and closing.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies.

Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.

Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive, professional candidate experience.

Use recruiting data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve our hiring process.

Help build and strengthen our employer brand and employee referral programs.

Partner with the People team on recruiting initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting, preferably in a startup environment.

Proven experience recruiting for technical roles is a must.

Experience recruiting across both R&D and Go-to-Market teams.

Proven experience recruiting for a variety of technical and business roles.

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.

A data-driven and hands-on approach to recruiting.

Experience working with an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar

Fluent English and Hebrew.
