Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about streamlining processes to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee complex, large-scale projects within a matrix organization and manage shifting priorities. In your day-to-day, you will:

Take charge of project planning, scheduling, and execution, while providing regular updates to all company stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where operational support can bring value and enhance the project's deliverables

Ensure effective communication and coordination in the department as a whole and the individual teams

Identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks

Implement and improve processes and usable tools

Hold a high level and detailed view, that allows you to create meaningful connections between teams, plans and projects

Qualifications

3+ years of proven project management experience working with large teams in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal

Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Tech-savvy problem solver, experienced with project management tools and internal systems

Data-driven mindset, using analytics to improve marketing efficiency and decision-making
