Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the UI/UX design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective user experiences.
Supervise and review the work of team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Manage and prioritize the team’s workload, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet the highest standards.
Estimate project timelines and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Foster a collaborative team environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working directly with clients.
Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring a design team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
