We are looking for a Data Architect & Delivery Lead to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of data solutions—from high-level design to hands-on implementation—while ensuring all deliverables align with organizational policy, risk management, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Leading the architecture and transition to Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
End-to-End Delivery: Managing the project lifecycle while interfacing with both business and technological stakeholders.
Process Optimization: Adapting workflows and leading organizational Change Management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with IT, Information Security, and Regulatory teams.
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
Leadership: Proven track record in leading complex projects or digital transformations.
Vision: The ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
Migration Expertise: Hands-on experience with system migrations (Mandatory).
Platform Knowledge: Previous experience with Google Workspace or Office 365 transitions.
