Sr. Director Quality Engineering

Position Overview:

At Zoominfo, we move fast because we believe moving fast is one of our top competitive advantages. As the Head of Quality Engineering at ZoomInfo, you will be responsible for drastically improving the Quality of our engineering team. As a result of your success, our customers will be more satisfied as they will be getting more reliable outcomes at a faster pace. You will lead a large team of engineers and managers, distributed across North America, EMEA, and India, and focused on quality engineering.

What you will do:

Lead a large team of quality managers and engineers across multiple locations.
Define the QA strategy, approach, standards and execution across our suite of products and collaborate with other leaders to build the ZoomInfo approach
Develop & implement strategic plans to drive quality improvements within the org.
Define and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices.
Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA effort by assessing current quality assurance practices and incorporating new strategies
Drive automation transformation to increase efficiency and reliability of our testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business goals
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Design and build our automation infrastructure and building blocks

What you will bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven track record of leading and managing large teams of managers and engineers
10+ years of experience leading and owning product QA domain
Extensive experience in automation testing and performance optimization
Strong understanding of software development & QA methodologies, processes, and testing techniques within an agile environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute long-term quality engineering initiatives
Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

The US base salary range for this position is $216,000 - $270,000 + Equity + Bonus + Benefits.
