We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Unity Team Leader to be part of our growing team. In this role, you’ll excel in a vibrant startup environment, utilizing Agile principles and methodologies. You will lead a talented group of developers, addressing unique challenges related to scale and performance, all while driving fast-paced project deliveries.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Unity developers.
Design, code, and enhance both existing and upcoming Unity games.
Ensure outstanding performance and an exceptional user experience.
Continuously learn, research, and implement new technologies and SDKs relevant to our games.
Collaborate closely with other teams and managers.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in game development with Unity.
2+ years of experience as an R&D team leader.
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
Familiarity with mobile development platforms (iOS and Android).
Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possessing strong organizational skills.
