Telephone Operator and Lead Manager | Ashdod

We are looking for a dedicated Telephone Operator / Lead Manager to manage incoming leads and serve as the first point of contact for potential Beauty Space clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle and process incoming leads quickly and efficiently. Contact potential clients and identify their needs and preferences. Present Beauty Space services, benefits, pricing options, and relevant offers.

Guide potential clients toward scheduling a tour or trial visit at the co-working space. Coordinate and confirm visits with prospective clients. Transfer qualified and interested leads to the relevant Branch Manager for further follow-up and closing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and statuses in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads who have not yet made a decision after the initial contact. Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients throughout the lead process. Meet established targets for lead response time, lead processing, and conversion rates. - Full proficiency in Hebrew.
