Junior PPC & Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Junior PPC & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team!

Job Description:

• Assisting in the setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns on leading platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Tracking campaign performance, analyzing ROI, ROAS, and leads, and generating periodic reports.
• Operating, updating, and maintaining marketing management systems, and analyzing the advertising and sales funnel.
• Conducting market research, keyword research, and tracking competitors and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Completion of a course in PPC, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering & Management, or up to 1 year of practical experience in the field - a must.
• Very good command of Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables - a must.
• High-level English.
• Prior experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday) - a significant advantage.
• Analytical mind, highly organized, attention to detail, high self-learning ability, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
