Senior Cloud Program Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Senior Cloud Program Manager!

An exciting opportunity to lead an end-to-end cloud migration program, coordinate across business units, Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Procurement, manage dependencies and risks, collaborate with vendors, and drive cloud cost optimization based on FinOps principles.

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale technology programs or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technological understanding of Cloud, Development, and Infrastructure environments – significant advantage for hands-on cloud migration experience.
• Practical knowledge of FinOps principles and Cloud Financial Management.
• Experience managing budgets, procurement processes, and vendor contracts.
• Familiarity with the Nimbus tender and working with Procurement departments / the Cyber Directorate – advantage.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable work plans.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives without direct authority and work with senior management.
