Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management and closing candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment management systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
