Job title: Senior Software Engineer / AI Builder (Contract, Remote, Israel)

Location: Remote, open to candidates based in Israel

About O1D Match

O1D Match is the complete O-1 platform. We help people with extraordinary ability work in the United States: computer scientists, engineers, researchers, athletes, artists and entertainers. We do it from four sides: we match talent with U.S. employers, act as the U.S. agent-petitioner where one employer isn’t enough, prepare the case, and generate the employer letters.

We work with a large network of small and growing U.S. companies that need top technical talent. We also run several brands in the visa and immigration space, and we need world-class engineers to build the technology behind all of them.

What you’ll build

• Web platforms and web apps that thousands of talent applicants and employers use
• Conversion tracking and analytics across multiple brands
• Automations that link intake, matching, documents and payments
• iOS and mobile experiences
• AI-assisted engineering with Claude Code and modern LLM tooling
• Tools that turn a complicated immigration process into something simple

Who we’re looking for

• Strong computer science foundation: degree, elite unit, research or a serious shipping record
• Strength in two or three of these areas (you don’t need all six): websites (incl. Squarespace), conversion tracking, automations, web apps, iOS/mobile, Claude Code/AI coding
• You ship. Show us live products, repos, papers, patents, awards or open-source work
• You work independently, communicate clearly in English, and own outcomes

Why this role is different

• Remote contract work on a platform that is already live and earning, not a slide deck
• You’re building the tool that helps top global talent reach the U.S. market
• The O-1 angle: many of the strongest engineers already qualify for an O-1 and don’t know it. As part of applying, you can take our optional O-1 eligibility check. Score 30% or higher and you get a free O1D Match profile, whether or not you’re hired. That profile puts you in front of U.S. employers looking for talent like you.
