Adte is building a unified CTV (Connected TV) advertising platform that operates at huge scale: it handles millions of ad requests, each decided in milliseconds. We’re a fast-moving tech company, and our finance team plays a key part in keeping the business running smoothly as we grow.

About the Role

This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to start their career in finance and grow with us. You’ll report directly to the Finance Manager, learn hands-on with guidance and training, and focus on collections and working with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day finance operations and administrative tasks

Prepare and issue customer invoices

Assist with collections and payment processes

Communicate with customers and vendors via email

Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets

Support the Finance Manager with ongoing operational tasks

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Good written and verbal English

Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Basic bookkeeping knowledge: an advantage

Previous experience in finance operations or administration: an advantage
