Import Export Coordinator

Get SAT is looking for an Import Export Coordinator to join our operations department.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the company's import and export activities, ensuring the timely delivery of components, equipment, and systems used in our satellite communication products. This position requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple interfaces and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments from order placement to final delivery.
• Prepare and manage shipping, customs, and export documentation.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and suppliers.
• Track purchase orders and deliveries, identify delays, and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and provide ongoing status updates.
• Support ongoing supply chain and operational activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export and logistics.
• High level of English
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Priority ERP system
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
