Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entrepreneur role based in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Entrepreneur will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing and testing business ideas, and translating concepts into viable products or services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, building and refining business models, engaging with potential customers and partners, and coordinating with designers, developers, or external vendors as needed. The role involves securing resources, managing budgets, and tracking key performance metrics to support sustainable growth. The Entrepreneur will also pitch concepts to stakeholders, iterate based on feedback, and help establish operational processes and a strong organizational culture.
Qualifications

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in founding, co-founding, or leading early-stage projects or ventures.
• Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis, and business model development.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making in dynamic environments.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and investors; strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with financial basics, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting key business metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hebrew language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv District, collaborate across disciplines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Technology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience in startup ecosystems, innovation hubs, or accelerators is a plus.
