Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s entire sales and marketing function across Israel and international markets

• Develop and execute global sales and marketing strategies

• Manage, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve ambitious business targets

• Oversee webinars, conferences, exhibitions, partnerships, and international marketing campaigns

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings throughout Europe

Requirements:

• Proven track record and significant experience in real estate sales

• Experience managing teams and leading commercial and marketing activities

• Fluent English with excellent communication skills

• Experience selling real estate in international markets - a significant advantage

• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities and business acumen
