Jobbing Coordinator

Position Overview

The Jobbing Coordinator is responsible for managing global jobbing operations related

to MCW/AGAN products.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for products processed by external suppliers

(jobbers), from forecast stage through order closure and delivery.

The Jobbing Coordinator serves as the central focal point between external jobbers and

internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to

ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Manage all jobbing-related activities end-to-end (forecast to closed order).
• Plan and schedule production campaigns and shipment ETDs based on
  
  

• Follow up production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage changes in production schedules due to customer requests,
  
  

• Monitor jobbers’ service levels and implement procedures for continuous
  
  

• Plan and manage supply of technical materials, packaging materials, and labels
  
  

• Control and report ADAMA inventories at jobbers’ plants.
• Perform production reporting in local systems.
• Submit subcontracting purchase orders to jobbers.
  
  

• Coordinate shipment schedules and communicate ETDs to Customer Service.
• Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure proper handling of shipments.
• Support preparation of shipping documentation (Invoice, COA, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate with customs agencies in Fiscal Representative countries.
• Maintain periodic reporting to Fiscal Representatives and resolve operational
  
  

• Approve jobbers’ invoices and manage payment follow-up.
• Monitor and control jobbing-related expenses and identify cost-saving
  
  

• Work with Finance and Master Data teams to establish new item codes and
  
  

• Act as focal point for jobbers and plant units.
• Promote customer needs and ensure supply reliability.
• Support resolution of customer complaints in cooperation with Global
  
  

• Ensure customer requirements are met through effective jobber coordination.
• Provide continuous visibility and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance and expenses.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while adhering to company
  
  

• Member of the Israel Jobbing Team (Supply Chain Israel).
• Reports directly to the Israel Jobbing Manager.
• Works in close coordination with Production, Logistics, Finance, Quality,
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in operations/logistics-related roles.
• Commercial experience – advantage.
• Experience working with subcontractors – advantage.
  
  

• Relevant academic degree (Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or
  
  

• Strong customer orientation.
• High interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong planning and process orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Fluent Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Additional language - advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• SAP - advantage.
