We are seeking a talented and experienced BI Systems Analyst!

Job Description:

• Managing and analyzing data to support strategic company decision-making.
• Defining and maintaining tables, business logic, and ETL processes for business dashboards and data systems.
• Monitoring and auditing data workflows to ensure data quality and operational continuity.
• Performing complex SQL analyses.
• Utilizing ETL tools such as DataStage and Talend.
• Collaborating closely with Development and IT teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BI and Data Warehouse (DWH) development within large-scale organizations (insurance sector experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of DWH architecture and development methodologies (STG, MRR, DIM, FACT, and additional data layers).
• Experience in defining technical and business requirements, as well as designing end-to-end data solutions.
• Strong familiarity with overall data lifecycle and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, with a preference for DataStage and Talend.
