Job Description

• Manage and oversee marketing projects, including campaigns, events, digital productions, PR activities, and landing pages.
• Coordinate between the Marketing Department and business units, Digital, Graphic Design, and Content teams.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, including creative studios, printing houses, PR agencies, video production companies, and more.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Plan and execute events and conferences, from initial briefing through implementation and post-event evaluation.
• Consolidate business units’ requirements, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Track and report on project performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage leads and pre-sales processes, including coordinating meetings when necessary.
• Lead the Employer Branding project in collaboration with the Recruitment and Employee Welfare departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience working at advertising agencies, with at least 3 years of experience in a role involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong operational and organizational skills, including planning, coordination, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and diverse teams.
• Strong marketing and strategic thinking, including an understanding of customer and organizational needs and the ability to develop creative solutions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including CRM systems, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns – an advantage.
• High proficiency in both Hebrew and English; additional languages – an advantage.
• Experience in content writing.
• Excellent service orientation, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
