Role Description This full-time, on-site Payroll Specialist role is based in the Center District, Israel. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting and verifying employee data, preparing payroll runs, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Daily tasks include managing payroll taxes, handling garnishments, coordinating with payroll service providers, and responding to employee inquiries regarding compensation and related issues. The role also involves maintaining compliance with local payroll regulations, updating payroll records, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with HR and finance teams to support reporting and audits.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing, with experience managing regular and special payroll cycles.
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and familiarity with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience handling Garnishments and working with Payroll Services or external payroll vendors.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency with payroll and HRIS software.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant labor and tax laws in Israel.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach to employee support.
• Prior experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar finance/HR role; experience in property or facilities-related industries is an advantage.
• Relevant education in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
