STATUTORY PLANNING MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Managing statutory town planning schemes (Taba) in the Gush Dan region and throughout Israel.
• Specializing in urban renewal, large-scale residential neighborhood developments, commercial and employment complexes, and metropolitan infrastructure.
• Working with a diverse range of clients, including planning authorities, municipal bodies, and leading real estate companies.
• The team oversees various aspects of the planning process over the years, such as architecture, traffic planning, property appraisal, environmental planning, utility infrastructure, and more.
• Managing and coordinating consultants across all stakeholders, aligned with the project’s phased development.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in preparing town planning schemes (Taba'ot) and managing statutory processes
• Experience working with authorities, local planning committees, and government ministries
• Experience in budget management – an advantage
• Ability to learn quickly; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
