Information Technology Administrator

The Role:

You will own the company’s internal IT operations, ensuring employees have the right devices, accounts, access, and tools to work securely and efficiently. You will be responsible for the full IT lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, across our global organization.

Key Responsibility:

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, including user accounts, permissions, licenses, hardware, and third-party application access. Ensure all access is properly provisioned, documented, and revoked when no longer needed.
• Identity & Access Management: Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, including users, groups, SSO integrations, MFA, Conditional Access, and third-party application permissions.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, including mailboxes, distribution groups, permissions, and retention policies. Use Exchange Online PowerShell for advanced administration and automation.
• SaaS & Application Management: Administer company-wide tools such as Cloudflare, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Slack. Manage licenses, renewals, access, and ongoing usage.
• Endpoint Management: Handle laptop provisioning, configuration, patching, disk encryption, and MDM enrollment across both Mac and Windows environments.
• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-to-end technical support, resolve employee issues, and identify recurring problems to improve IT processes and service quality.
• IT Security & Compliance: Support security initiatives through access reviews, MFA coverage, dormant account monitoring, and identity-related alerts, working closely with the security owner to implement and maintain security controls.

Requirements:

• 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT operations in a corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, including Exchange Online PowerShell and a solid understanding of identity, licensing, and permissions.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to support employees across different countries and time zones.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TLS
• Experience administering Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, Access).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender or other EDR solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as Intune or Jamf.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits from an IT perspective.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or OCI environments and working alongside DevOps teams.

• Hybrid: A combination of office and remote work, with regular office presence required for hardware management and in-person employee support.
• Flexible Hours: Ability to maintain reasonable working-hour overlap with colleagues across different time zones, including occasional availability outside standard local business hours.
