Schindler – Your Finance Team is a leading financial services firm specializing in the high-tech ecosystem. We partner with start-ups, multinational companies, and R&D centres in Israel and the US, providing strategic financial expertise and hands-on leadership.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, drive business growth, and support companies through key financial milestones, including capital raising and strategic transactions.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

🔹 Oversee financial operations, cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls.

🔹 Lead fundraising processes, including equity and debt financing, investor relations, and negotiations with venture capital firms.

🔹 Partner with CEOs, founders, boards, and investors to support strategic decision-making and long-term business growth.

🔹 Lead M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and other strategic financial initiatives.

🔹 Ensure financial governance, regulatory compliance, and high standards of financial reporting.

Requirements:

✔️ Israeli CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance & Big 4 professional experience.

✔️ Proven experience leading fundraising processes and managing relationships with investors and venture capital firms.

✔️ Experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as CFO or VP Finance, preferably in a high-tech company or start-up.

✔️ Strong track record of working with CEOs, founders, boards, and investors.

✔️ Deep understanding of financial strategy, cash flow management, financial planning, and business performance.

✔️ Experience with M&A and financial due diligence – an advantage.

✔️ Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.

✔️ Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
