Job Description:

• Joining a team responsible for appointment scheduling and management systems.
• Supporting complex projects involving multiple interfaces and users, some already live and others approaching go-live.
• Working with system vendors and in-house development teams.
• Taking responsibility for end-to-end projects and processes, writing specifications, and participating in testing processes.
• The position allows a combination of working from home after the onboarding period and requires on-call availability to provide support remotely, including on weekends.

Job Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis.
• Relevant education; a Systems Analysis course is an advantage.
• Experience working in a large organization; experience in a healthcare organization is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, including writing complex SELECT queries.
• Experience working with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
