The role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and lead recruitment processes across Israel and global locations, including Europe, the United States, and Asia.

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, attract top talent, conduct initial candidate assessments, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

This position offers significant growth opportunities. As the successful candidate demonstrates independence, ownership, and recruitment expertise, additional responsibilities and involvement in broader talent acquisition initiatives and strategic recruitment projects will be introduced.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for positions in Israel and international locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruitment strategies, and candidate profiles.
• Manage job postings across various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, and company platforms.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through direct search and networking activities.
• Conduct HR screening interviews in English and Hebrew.
• Assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes with internal stakeholders and candidates globally.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate data within the company's recruitment and HR systems.
• Analyze recruitment pipelines and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as needed.
• Participate in recruitment-related projects and take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
• Provide support for various HR administrative processes and projects, as needed, while collaborating closely with the HR team to ensure efficient and smooth HR operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting professional and technical positions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in medical device, technology, high-tech, or global companies.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and driving recruitment processes independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English, with the ability to conduct professional conversations and HR interviews in English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment processes.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and results-driven approach.
