QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer with strong analytical thinking, development capabilities, technological curiosity, and business understanding to join our team and play a key role in improving the quality and reliability of enterprise systems.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and test cases using TypeScript and Playwright.
• Learn and understand business processes within Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, translating them into end-to-end test scenarios.
• Design and execute both manual and automated tests for new features and existing functionality, including edge cases, permissions, integrations, and regression testing.
• Identify processes suitable for automation based on business impact, risk, usage frequency, and expected value.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable automation code while managing test data effectively.
• Analyze test execution results, investigate failures, and continuously improve test stability and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and implementation teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and validate solutions.
• Perform data validation and execute database queries as required.
• Support operational troubleshooting efforts and help identify recurring issues that can be mitigated through improved testing practices.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in software testing for Information Systems or Web applications.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated tests. Experience with Selenium is an advantage.
• Experience coding in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, including test planning, regression testing, edge-case validation, and result verification.
• Ability to read code, perform debugging, and investigate root causes of failures.
• Experience working with Git.
• Ability to learn complex business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Good English skills for reading technical documentation and writing test documentation and defect reports.
