IT System Administrator

COMBLACK is hiring an IT System Administrator!

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic IT environment, combining system administration, infrastructure support, and hands-on technical troubleshooting.

The role involves providing technical support to end users across multiple sites, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining infrastructure software and servers, managing users and permissions, working with software deployment systems, and performing preventive maintenance.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, and infrastructure within large organizations (300+ users).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, including user management, permissions, and Group Policy (GPO).
• Experience working with software deployment systems, operating systems, and enterprise networks.
• Knowledge of File Services (FS/FTP) and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) – An advantage.
• Previous experience providing telephone-based Helpdesk support – An advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
