We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to join the CDO division of a leading financial organization and lead data-driven products and capabilities that support core business operations.

You will own the product lifecycle from identifying business needs and defining the product vision through requirements, development, launch, adoption, and measurement of business value. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will translate complex needs into practical data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics products.
• Lead data-driven products and processes from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable business and functional requirements.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and drive product decisions.
• Collaborate with business units, Engineering, Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, and Information Security teams.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and use insights to continuously improve products.
• Promote innovation, automation, and effective use of enterprise data assets.
• Lead implementation and user adoption to ensure products deliver measurable business value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical product management and/or data product management.
• Proven experience leading complex products throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience working with a broad range of business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to define and document business and functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of Data, BI, Analytics, and information architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience in the mortgage domain is a strong advantage, including ownership of products, processes, or business solutions. A deep understanding of mortgage workflows, business challenges, and opportunities is particularly valuable.
• Familiarity with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working with AI and Generative AI solutions.
• SQL proficiency.
• Experience leading Self-Service Analytics or Data Platform products.
