A leading bank is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its Legal Department in a key professional role combining regulatory advisory, legal risk management, and litigation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take on a challenging, high-impact role within a well-established banking institution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing legal and regulatory advice across the organization.

- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, assess their implications, and support implementation.

- Manage litigation matters, legal claims, and disputes involving the bank.

- Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of financial reporting.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors on complex legal matters.

Requirements:

- Israeli Bar Association license – Mandatory.

- At least 5 years of legal experience in banking, regulation, or related legal advisory fields – Mandatory.

- 7–10 years of relevant experience – Preferred.

- Experience handling litigation and financial reporting matters within a financial institution – Advantage.

- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and regulatory interpretation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
