3PL Operations & Fulfilment Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and independent 3PL Operations & Fulfilment Specialist to join our growing Supply Chain team.

In this newly created role, you will have end-to-end operational oversight of our 3PL warehouses across the US, Europe and Israel. You will ensure smooth warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and timely order fulfilment, while monitoring performance, identifying bottlenecks and driving issue resolution across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

3PL & Warehouse Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 3PL warehouses and US logistics team in New York, ensuring operational priorities and agreed service levels are met.
• Monitor warehouse workload, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, investigate issues, and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse partners and internal teams.

Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Investigate inventory discrepancies between SAP Business One and warehouse management systems (WMS), identify root causes and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, batch/lot tracking, expiry dates, and inventory counts across all locations.
• Ensure inbound receipts and stock movements are accurately recorded in the relevant systems.

B2C Fulfilment

• Monitor end-to-end B2C order fulfilment across Shopify, from order processing through dispatch and delivery.
• Track fulfilment and delivery SLAs, identify delayed or stuck orders and coordinate resolution with 3PLs and shipping partners.
• Monitor stock availability and replenishment to support uninterrupted e-commerce fulfilment.

Performance, Reporting & Cost Control

• Track warehouse KPIs and SLA compliance, analyse performance trends and prepare operational reports.
• Review warehouse invoices, investigate billing discrepancies, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and control costs.

Projects & Process Improvement

• Coordinate warehouse-related projects, including product launches, relabelling and marketing materials.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes, inventory control, and fulfilment performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations or fulfilment, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working with 3PL providers and monitoring warehouse performance.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and fulfilment SLAs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP Business One, Shopify or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
