Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)-5705

We are looking for a talented Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with a strong software engineering background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

This role combines hands-on software development, solution architecture, complex technical integrations, and direct customer engagement.

You will take ownership of end-to-end technical solutions, from understanding customer requirements and designing solutions to developing, troubleshooting, and deploying them in production environments.

We are looking for a proactive engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with customers, and turning ideas into practical, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical engagements with customers, understand their business and technical requirements, and translate them into practical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions and complex integrations within customer environments.
• Develop backend services, APIs, software components, and system integrations.
• Lead end-to-end technical integrations, including data flows, system connectivity, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.
• Build POCs, prototypes, and custom technical tools to address customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to resolve challenges and improve solutions.
• Identify technical gaps and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Take full ownership of technical solutions, from initial requirements gathering through successful deployment.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software development experience, preferably in Backend or Full Stack development.
• Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating APIs and software systems.
• Experience working with complex systems and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Familiarity with system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Strong ownership, independence, and end-to-end execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with customers.
• High level of English proficiency.

• Experience in customer-facing technical engineering roles.
• Experience developing AI / Generative AI / LLM solutions.
• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agents.
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments.
• Experience building POCs and technical prototypes.
• Experience deploying solutions into production environments.
