General Summary

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated engineer to join our research team working on advanced physical-layer communication technologies and next-generation wireless systems. The role combines algorithm research and development with participation in 3GPP 6G standardization activities.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop advanced physical-layer communication and signal-processing algorithms.
• Evaluate new concepts through analysis, simulation, and performance assessment.
• Contribute to research activities targeting next-generation wireless and 6G communication systems.
• Participate in 3GPP standardization activities and contribute to the development of future wireless standards.
• Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers across multidisciplinary teams.
  
  

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in physical-layer communication algorithms and/or signal-processing development, or
• M.Sc./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, with specialization in communications, signal processing, or a relevant area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and independently explore complex technical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
  
  

Advantages

• Familiarity with 3GPP standards and/or research toward 6G wireless systems.
• Experience with wireless physical-layer algorithms, link-level simulation, or communication-system design.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, including neural-network development and training.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
  
  

OR

Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
