We're looking for a Media Buyer / Campaign Manager who knows how to manage serious advertising budgets, identify winning opportunities, and turn campaigns into profitable, scalable operations. Experience in iGaming, casino, or other highly competitive, high-budget advertising verticals is a BIG plus.

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta advertising campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for profitability.
• Identify winning audiences, offers, and creative angles.
• Work closely with our creative team to develop and test new ads.
• Manage advertising budgets and make decisions based on actual ROI.
• Explore new opportunities, strategies, and growth channels.

💡 Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing at least $100,000/month in advertising spend.
• Strong track record of scaling profitable Meta Ads campaigns.
• Background in iGaming, casino, affiliate marketing, or competitive direct-response verticals preferred.
• Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, optimization, and campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills and a genuine obsession with numbers.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Google Ads (Search)
• Google Video Ads (YouTube / Demand Gen)
• Native Advertising (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
