Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Python Software Engineer, joining the core R&D organization to design, develop, and scale high-throughput, low-latency services powering the company's flagship AI and data security platform.
• Architecting resilient backend systems, distributed pipelines, and data processing engines in Python, capable of classifying, analyzing, and safeguarding petabytes of sensitive enterprise data across cloud environments.
• Developing cutting-edge AI Security and Data Governance mechanisms, safeguarding enterprise adoption of autonomous agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud data repositories.
• Building and optimizing high-scale RESTful and asynchronous APIs, microservices, and event-driven data architectures within modern public cloud infrastructures.
• Ensuring extreme performance, fault-tolerance, and security-by-design standards across distributed, multi-tenant production systems.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Security Research, and AI/Data Science teams to rapidly translate complex cyber challenges into production-grade software solutions.

Requirements

• 4 years of solid, proven hands-on software development experience with Python – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline OR graduate of an elite IDF technological unit (e.g., 8200, Matzov, Mamram, C4I / Tikshuv, or equivalent) – Mandatory
• Proven background designing and building scalable backend systems, microservices, and distributed architectures – Mandatory
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, concurrency, asynchronous programming, and clean code principles – Mandatory
• Solid technical grasp of relational/NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling – Mandatory
• Full-time commitment to working from the central site in Tel Aviv (adjacent to train transit, with 1 day working from home) – Mandatory
• Fluent, professional technical communication and documentation capabilities in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
