Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Full-Stack Mobile & AI Engineer, joining an autonomous, high-impact product pod with complete 360-degree technical and product ownership over an entire product domain.
• Driving end-to-end development of enterprise-grade mobile applications utilizing Kotlin / Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Native iOS / Android, from initial product discovery and rapid prototyping to production release.
• Contributing across the broader product stack, maintaining and extending supporting layers including Backend services (Java / Spring Boot) and Web frontends (Angular).
• Integrating advanced developer AI tooling into daily engineering routines, while architecting production Agentic Workflows, LLM-driven features, and automated evaluation (Evals) pipelines.
• Making foundational architectural decisions, modernizing existing legacy components, and establishing resilient CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and long-term code maintainability.
• Partnering directly with Product Managers, UX designers, and end-users to translate business requirements into intuitive, mission-critical mobile and web solutions.

Requirements-

• 7 years of solid, proven hands-on software development experience with extensive specialization in Native Mobile development (Android or iOS) – Mandatory
• Proven full-stack hands-on versatility with practical development experience in Java / Spring Boot OR Angular – Mandatory
• Proven background in high-velocity, high-standard Startup or Scale-Up environments (strong preference for AI-First product cultures) – Mandatory
• Substantial, hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools, LLM APIs, and modern AI development frameworks – Mandatory
• Deep architectural understanding of clean code principles, mobile design patterns (MVVM/MVI), reactive programming, and modular system design – Mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to take broad technical ownership, drive system-level modernization, and manage CI/CD and automated test automation – Mandatory
• Excellent professional technical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
