Located in the Central District directly adjacent to primary train transit, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Joining as a Foundational Senior Backend & AI Software Engineer, taking a core hands-on role in designing, architecting, and building the company's flagship AI coaching platform.
• Architecting and developing high-throughput, low-latency backend infrastructure and APIs in Python using FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL.
• Designing and operationalizing autonomous Agentic AI workflows, LLM orchestration pipelines, and real-time conversational analysis integrating cutting-edge foundation model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
• Building resilient real-time streaming services capable of ingesting, transcribing, and processing live conversational telemetry with minimal latency.
• Deploying, scaling, and maintaining production-grade containerized microservices across AWS and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Working closely with the founding team to shape technical decisions, system design patterns, and engineering culture from an early stage.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an exact science discipline from an accredited research university, OR graduate of an elite IDF technological unit with a degree from a college – Mandatory
• At least 3 years of proven professional hands-on software development experience – Mandatory
• Solid, hands-on production engineering expertise in Python – Mandatory
• Proven background designing and building scalable systems on modern Cloud environments (AWS preferred) – Mandatory
• Proven professional experience working within early-stage or fast-paced Startup environments – Mandatory
• Practical experience or strong working knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Foundation Model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) – Mandatory
• Fluent, professional technical communication capabilities in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
