Full Stack Engineer

A fast-growing, innovative Israeli Voice AI and Conversational Intelligence scale-up engineering a proprietary, real-time voice simulation platform for enterprise sales teams globally.

The browser-based solution conducts live, bidirectional voice role-play simulations powered by AI, delivering instant behavioral feedback, performance analytics, and contextual follow-up guidance.

Founded as a true AI-native company well ahead of the generative AI inflection, the platform leverages deep real-time speech and NLP architectures.

Employing approximately 50 professionals and undergoing rapid commercial growth, the R&D team tackles complex low-latency streaming audio, modern cloud scale, and mission-critical production pipelines.

Located in the Central District directly adjacent to primary train transit, operating on an in-office model with one day of remote work per week.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Backend-Leaning), joining a core engineering squad reporting directly to a Team Lead to design and build the company's flagship real-time Voice AI platform.
• Architecting and developing scalable, low-latency backend services and APIs in Python and Django, powering live bidirectional audio streams and conversational intelligence.
• Building modern, highly responsive frontend interfaces and browser-based audio streaming experiences using React.
• Deploying, orchestrating, and monitoring high-throughput distributed microservices on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Integrating advanced real-time conversational pipelines, Speech-to-Text (STT), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) engines directly into the core product architecture.
• Driving software reliability, performance optimization, and clean architecture standards across the full development lifecycle.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional hands-on software development experience – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on backend development expertise in Python (strong preference for Django) – Mandatory
• Solid, proven practical experience in frontend development with React – Mandatory
• Proven track record designing, building, and deploying scalable architectures on AWS – Mandatory
• Strong backend orientation with proven understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and database modeling – Mandatory
• Full-time commitment to working from the central site (adjacent to train transit, with 1 day working from home) – Mandatory
• Fluent, professional technical communication capabilities in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
