The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Bookkeeper to join our established and professional team. We are seeking someone who values teamwork, stability, and a supportive work environment, and who is looking for a place to grow and feel at home.

What You’ll Do

• Independently manage the company's bookkeeping through trial balance.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage multi-currency transactions.
• Handle inventory-related accounting and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Use Priority ERP and Excel to support day-to-day accounting activities and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 10 years of experience in an independent bookkeeping role, through trial balance.
• Proven experience in inventory accounting, multi-currency transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Excellent command of Priority ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Good command of English.
• A high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a professional team.

Position Details

• Full-time position.
• One hybrid workday per week.
• Location: Rosh HaAyin, Israel.

• טיפול בספקים ובלקוחות, לרבות ביצוע התאמות.
• ביצוע התאמות בנקים וטיפול בתנועות במטבעות שונים.
• טיפול בהיבטים החשבונאיים של המלאי וביצוע התאמות מלאי.
• הקפדה על רישום מדויק ומסודר של הפעילות החשבונאית.
• עבודה שוטפת עם מערכת Priority ועם Excel לצורך ניהול הפעילות החשבונאית והפקת נתונים.
