Quality Control Inspector

We are currently recruiting for an exciting Quality Control (QC) Inspector position for a leading Defense Company in Israel.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control across assembly/integration lines, manufacturing, and receiving warehouses.
• Conduct assembly inspections, report malfunctions, oversee repair processes, and issue usable/serviceable tags.
• Carry out incoming quality control inspections for assemblies and components provided by subcontractors.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) teams for technical faults.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure product availability and quality standards.
• Create and manage quality notifications within the ERP system (SAP).

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Practical Engineer (הנדסאי/ת) or Technician degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of quality control experience in the industrial manufacturing sector OR duplicate/quality inspection experience in the IDF (ביקורת כפל).
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and engineering instructions in both Hebrew and English.
• Systems: Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Interpersonal Skills: Highly assertive, independent worker, excellent team player, and strong technical leadership qualities.
• Advantage: Previous experience working in defense/manufacturing plants producing or integrating complex assemblies.
